The owner of digital content (the seller), can list their digital content which can be a video, an audio file, an image, a document ( pdf, ppt, doc, Xls, etc., a source code, etc.) aka "information" aka "a secret" for sale on Secretsville.com using the iOS app, or other mobile and web platforms.
